    ************** came to our house for a water heater flush. They were quick and thorough and answered all my questions. They recommended we start thinking about a new hot water heater as the current one shows signs of aging and explained those signs but were not pushy at all to try to get a sale. I highly recommend Goodfellas!

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one ever calls back, and if they do weeks later, super rude and completely unprofessional. Would never recommend this company. Once you fork over the ****** for the product, they want nothing to do with you. And will charge you to come out and fix what they did wrong in the first place. Their warranty means absolutely nothing. What a waste of money.

    Bought hvac unit and mini split for $28,000 that never worked since initial install July 2023. Gave them 6 months and multiple visits to make a working unit. They never did and punched holes in my brick and roof. They took out a swamp cooler but failed to cap the water line causing leak into ceiling that required me to repair. They leaked $800 of propane after not being able to convert natural gas to propane. Ive lost more money by them coming in than I got from heating and cooling. We have hard freeze warnings and I dont have heating. I have caught the company in multiple lies. When the propane was leaking out, there was a burning smell. I called Goodfellas tech and propane technician out. Goodfellas stated he didnt smell anything but after a few minutes, he asked me for Advil because he suddenly developed a headache. Goodfellas removed mini split but I got the run around on when to expect a refund. Goodfellas also stated they would reimburse the propane but never did. I have discovered the price value for unit and mini split on a **** sq ft home is no where near $28,000. I have filed a formal complaint with the *** and seeking restitution from damages made to house and price gouging.

    We had a system installed by them on Friday June 9th and while they were supposed to arrive bright and early at 8am it was not the time they showed up for the installation. They had my system up and running after 5pm which seemed long because I have routinely seen them installed in the houses around my house in about 6-7 hours. I have had nothing but issues with this company since it was installed from my house being humid which consistently registers 43% to the destruction of property they caused and also the fact that they routinely left trash at my house. I am already starting to get the runaround with them because each time they come to address the issue it never gets fixed and then they say it is something else from what the previous says he found out to be the problem. I am already scheduled for a 5th visit since they installed the system because of ongoing issues. I would NEVER recommend this company and even though they were the cheapest by a lot it is NOT worth it in the long run.

    Goodfellas sent tech to check A/C. Unit 14 years old. After comparing repair verses new we went with new. They were prompt. Everything done in a timely matter. Crew cleaned up. Explained how to use. Price reasonable. In ** you have to have A/C! Highly recommend at least get estimate.
