      I hired Gradez to install an a/c unit. They decided to put the unit on my roof. **** explained everything they were doing and why. Very helpful to know. They did an outstanding job. My house is so cool I run the unit on 80 degrees and I still get cold. I Will recommend to anyone.Good job.

      I havent had a good experience with this company. The ** compressor didnt work in less than 6 months the heater is blowing cold air. My husband called to get the unit checked & we got charged $50 dollars & told us that it is fine. Didnt do anything but told us that the gas& electric units are different. However the problem was not fixed.

      I hired Gradez Heating & Cooling to install an ****** BTU dual zone mini split in *************. The entire team was very professional and did a great job. We encountered an issue with the electric, but they were able to provide a solution in order to take care of that. ****, the manager on site, was very patient explaining everything and was always willing to think creatively on how to install the diffusors and the pipes, so they would not be exposed in the exterior of the house. The job was completed quickly and the premises were left clean. It's important to note that I got several quotes from various contractors, but Gradez was by far the lowest estimate without compromising quality. I highly recommend them.
