  I my opinion worst company ever. ***** the owner installed a new unit 5 years ago. Let me tell you. Every summer every winter we've had problems. When I say every summer and winter I'm not kidding. I started to record him everytime he came out. His just shady. After the second winter that came around and yet another issue. We asked him to replace the new unit he sold us. If we are having this many problems. I don't want to keep having issues. He said it's under full warranty he could do that. Just the part that breaks. Will you think after coming out multiple times you would want to replace it. Charging us a service charge plus mileage. Since he doesn't carry extra parts. It's ridiculous. Then last summer he told us "Oh you are 2 lbs short. That's why your house is 80 degrees. So he filled it. When my honey asked why is it freezing over liked this does it have a leak. He said maybe, but he didn't have his diagnostic machine on him. He feels really bad of how many times his had to come out. Well more running around. Text him that we are having yet another issue in March. Said oh yes have to change that bad part out by April that your 5 year warranty is up. Here we are in July more excuses. So we called another company. Yes that part that we asked about well yes it was bad. Still leaking Freon. So we were over 2 lbs down. When I called to let him know. He never answered our calls. He said he was busy. You mean in 4 months countless calls and text messages you couldn't get back to us. In my opinion he sold us a lemon and he thought he could just keep nickel and diming us. So with all my video recording, saved phone calls and text messages. I will be sueing his company. Ni I know why he told us he changed his name last year from R and ********** Bad reviews.
