Seven of us ( 3 Adults and 4 children) attended the Amusement park Funtasticks on Wetmore Drive in Tucson today. My grandson, ***** ****** , won an electric scooter on on of the games. He went to collect and the employee told him " The machine is broken. We are not giving you a scooter." We all saw ***** win. We all heard the man. This establishment should provide the prizes that the machines award.

We went to this park on this past Saturday. My child was injured on the slick track. What the employee stated happened to the manager and what my daughter said didn't add up. My child is special needs so detail isn't something that she can speak to but what she did wasn't what the manager told me. The manager didn't look at the camera to see what happened to my child. And he acted as if this was something that often happens. However my child had bruising on her chest that looked as if she struck the steering wheel. And scratches that looked like it came from the seatbelt. Also the day after Sunday, I found bruises on my child's inner thighs as well.
However when I came into the situation of being told my child was injured you could clearly see it wasn't a seat belt that caused the injury. The manager insisted this was the case. I didn't see what employee was at the ride or even speak with the employee directly. A report was taken and she was bandaged. I contacted the manager the following morning leaving a voicemail to contact me about the video footage. I didn't get a call back. I contacted yesterday with two different managers being on duty and refused to speak with me, though I expressed to the employee who answered the phone, stating they would call me tomorrow morning. Which was today. I have not been contacted still. I need to see what exactly happened to my child and if there was any neglect on the park employees or operating machines part. I am requesting to be contacted at the earliest convenience of this business location owner.

I visited the park with my daughter on 7/7/23. Upon review of the receipt, I noticed they charged me for chicken wings (11.98 + tax) that we did not order.

I called the park to see if they would refund the overcharge.

I was was told they couldn't because it was PAST 30 days. We went on t7/7/23 and today is the 8/4/23. When I noted that, the lady ACTUALLY said well... it's 30 days in 4 days so no, we won't do anything about it.

I know its 12 bucks, however it is the principal of the matter. I was charged 12 dollars for an item I did not order and I did not receive. Then I was spoken to rudely and they won't honor their own policy?

We wanted to have fun in the water from the scorching heat from Tucson AZ and we thought Funtasticks was the best option for our children. We got there and the air conditioning was not working as well as the arkade, the kiddie land and the go-karts. The service at this place was awful and we will never go back again. Everyone there was complaining about the A/C issue and they didn’t fix it. We just wasted $200 today at this business and are seeking reimbursement. We requested a refund on site but all they wanted to give us was a voucher to come back as if we had a good experience. Please do something about this as we also want other naive people to be aware of the scam of Funtasticks. Payment Receipt info will be provided as requested.

    Thank you,

    Andrea Hermosillo

Went July 1st 2023 with my my 4 year old twins. Walking around I noticed there are some concerns I had about safety. First the bumper boats entry gate was not latched properly. No fault of the attendant as I believe the gate itself was too rusted and possibly even looked broken, so cannot be launched closed. My concern is there are a lot of small children running around and they can easily open the door as my child did. Luckily, we saw him and were able to stop him, but I fear with other children is possible they could easily fall into the water and drown in the bumper boat pool.

Another concern is the racing car games that are by the entrance to the outside of the park seen in the picture. There were some screws that were not covered coming up from the tile and my family member accidentally stepped on it. She had thin sole shoes on and slightly grazed her foot, but again the concern is with the other people could tripover this or fall on it and lead to a serious scrape or puncture injury. Also, not sure if the outlets should be covered up since this is a family friendly kid place. There were wires that did not look covered either and overall cleanliness was horrible
