    I recently purchased Tango Downs Aimpoint Acro P-2 lens guard (4/24). After installing the lens guard on my optic, I proceeded to go to the range and after a couple shots, the lens guard shattered my Aimpoint Acro P-2 lens. After contacting the company, I was threatened by ****************, owner of Tango Down, that he would release my emails and photos of the shattered lens to all social media outlets stating that I was a liar. This is completely false. Tango Down would not replace my optic or allow me to return their faulty product, which come to find out, had an imperfection on the inside of the lens guard; this is what caused the catastrophic failure of the lens guard, and subsequently, my Aimpoint Acro P-2. I am left with a broken Acro P-2 and faulty lens guard that I cant return.My email responses from Tango Down were completely unprofessional and rude. This is why I have submitted this complete report, with photos, to the BBB. I wish I could post the emails and photos here. Bottom line - BUYER BEWARE!! Tango Down is not accredited by the BBB, and lacks ANY customer service. Purchase Elsewhere!!
