    ATTENTION. Adobe Asphalt is no longer actively in Business. I, ************************* have retired from the Asphalt Business and moved on to the next phase of my life. There is a person out there that is fraudulently claiming to be Adobe Asphalt and claiming he has purchased Adobe Asphalt, which is untrue. ***************************, the fraudster, has not become the new owner of, nor has he purchased Adobe Asphalt Sealcoating LLC which is his claim. Contracting with ***************************, who also uses the business name of Chipsealing Specialist LLC, under the impression that he has any affiliation with Adobe Asphalt is at your own risk. I will be sending a ***** and Desist to *************************** and will pursue any and all legal avenues in this matter. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors has been informed of the fraud. Always check the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website when contemplating hiring a contractor to make sure they are not only licensed and insured but that they are not fraudulently using another companies name. Always have a signed and dated contract. Thank you for allowing us to serve southern ******* for 25 years!!
