    I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had with some members of my office staff. It’s truly disheartening to hear that your visit did not meet the standard of professionalism and respect that we strive to uphold.

    Although I was in and out of the lobby during your visit yesterday, your interactions with the team appeared cordial and upbeat at the time, so I was unaware that there was an issue. That said, I take your concerns very seriously, and I want to ensure they are addressed appropriately.

    I will be reaching out to you directly so I can better understand the details of your experience, particularly regarding Karla’s behavior. Your feedback is invaluable, and I appreciate you bringing this matter to my attention.

    I've had my ****** Sentra in Dan's * times because for some reason, folks love to run into my car! Each time, ****** has given me top-grade customer service, and the repairs have been flawless! Today I received a free wash and wax after repairs I had done in January. Not only was the car immaculate when they finished, but the lovely young woman at the front desk gave me pointers on how to keep my fingernails from breaking, which is helpful to a guitarist like me! I trust these folks implicitly, and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you ******! You run a class act!
