    Had an awful experience , just bought a car 2 months ago and sent my car in for service. Chapmans customer service was awful and dont take safety hazards of a just bought care into consideration. I would ask an estimate of the repair time and they would complete cut my of through message and through phone call stating they would call back and they never did. Had to keep insisting and they never offered a renter or a lender car for the mean time. I struggled for rides to get work for more than a week. Horrible experience ****** learned.

    Vehicle took more than 7 months, for the initial repair. when returned the vehicle was not clean, there were material defects remaining, including paint and body work deficiencies. This included, non accident related scratches and burned seatbelt, while in their hands. The second time, the vehicle was mainly repaired and clean, but glass and tint deficiencies still being present. This is compounded, with nearly no communication, and numerous missed deadlines. even two months, after the second delivery, there are still incomplete repairs, as not above Although, the only ********** repair facility, in Tucson, would strongly recommend taking your vehicle to another repair facility.
