    I will be doing a complaint with Civil Court soon. This business just told 4 huge lies which we both have proof about. Thank youe I purchased the car letting owner know I've been having issues with overheating and it never did till D&D worked on it. So Qahtan said I had to take it back to D&D to get fix before I turn the car in for another. I contacted David and got towed May. 23. I called David May. 28 to see what status was David said the problem with my car is not his fault and he is not fixing it. I said to him your tech did damage and why you feel your not going to fix. David Yelled in the phone loudly HE IS NOT REPLACING MY ENGINE. I said to him I never ask for a engine I just want to know why you won't fix it. When I saw him in person I ask hime to put in writing what he said over phone about him Not being responsible. He did not, so nothing I could do so I paid $100 cash for tow to him that May. 30. Hooks towing D&D used. I called JQ motors and informed them David said he will not fix. Qahtan Hassan the owner is out of town till June. 23 and will let me know what he wants to do, engine gone. D&D is dishonest.

    We first saw this vehicle back in January 11th of this year. we performed a inspection for her and noted many things that were needed. Including a thermostat housing that was leaking coolant. Tanesha does not perform any repairs at that time and only after vehicle is overheating does she bring in for t-stat housing. We did not recommend or replace a coolant pump for her. Then 30 days and 3500 miles later she calls stating that she is losing coolant and overheating. At that time the system had split the coolant reservoir tank which we replaced for her.

    One month later she has her car towed to us not running well at all. Upon inspection we could smell coolant being burned out the exhaust and when we checked the oil there was signs of coolant in the oil. This all points to a head gasket failure. We also noticed that the oil cooler had been replaced which is not a repair that we performed. As she states in her complaint, she had another shop do this work. Her contention that we are reasonable for her vehicles blown head gasket in unwarranted. There are no problems with the work we performed. The other shop made no mention of a bad head gasket. At what time the gasket failed in unknown.

    We did not charge for any diagnostics and only passed on the towing charge to her. The statement that the other shop told her to take it back to us because "we did something wrong" after they charged her I don't know how much sounds a bit strange.

    We do not feel that we have any financial responsibility here.
