    I visited Hush Social Club with my son on Sunday, October 20. We ordered one burger ($14) and two glasses of wine ($5 each). I was charged $38.48 but was not provided with an itemized receipt. I had visited Hush twice before that date and knew they charge $5 per glass of wine. I am requesting a refund for the overcharge, including the tip I left, totaling $21 ($14.48 + $6.52).

    On September 24, 2022 at approximately 12:30am. I attended an event at the Hush social club-Tucson Arizona. I observed this establishment practicing unhealthy hygiene. Mold was in the bathroom and in the kitchen where food was being sold. There was poor ventilation throughout the building. I’ve gotten sick right after leaving. This establishment was over capacity to the size of the location. This is a unsafe establishments. I observed ****** ***** sold liquor to under age minor. I noticed weapons were allowed and no ID Check was conducted. This is an on going issue at Hush social Club-Tucson.
