      I called the ******, ** store on Oracle to get an estimate on a new radio and installation. I was told that unless I had money down that I could not get one. Wow, some business model. Needless to say they will never get my business. I did call a competitor, received a very reasonable estimate. Install is tomorrow. Wake up Audio Express.

      I purchase a radio for my daughter's car. They made me pay all upfront, which I thought was odd in the first place, but I did it. I would suggest a down payment. The location I was at had to get a mounting bracket from another location shipped in. It took longer than I was told it would. For a few different reasons we do not want the radio anymore. I have been told they do not have a return policy. Fun fact, you cannot return something when you never received it. Audio Express... If you read these comments. I hope you do. It appears you have some work to do after reading the other comments. I am in sales, I would be upset with these reviews if my company. I never received my order. All I want is you, Audio Express to refund my credit card.

      It's the sorry attitude after you've purchased something, great getting you in the door. F-you after the sale is complete ********* location is the worst. I'll never recommend this place to my worst enemy. wish I didn't have to choose a star rating
