  They should remember the prices that they tell their customers. And discuss what they going to put in the vehicles and write it down so the customers and everyone's on the same page. Instead of charging what they want at the end of the job. Instead of giving you an invoice and doesn't match what was talked about earlier. So get everything in writing piece of advice.

  I was a random person, looking for a stereo system for my truck. I dont know these guys personally, I knew nothing of the shop. I found them on ********* After scrolling through and seeing some of their photos of past vehicles theyve done, how clean the wires are, etc. I decided to give them a shot.I met *****, super friendly, very knowledgeable overall seemed like a good guy and honest. I had a VERY strict deadline as my wife is pregnant and our due date was only a few days away. I can be honest and say, I wasnt the most pleasant customer hes had. I showed up multiple times to check in on the job, I text him multiple times a day, I was on his case. I was nervous because we were approaching the due date and I needed my family car. Needless to say, he delivered. The system sounds amazing, like a super high quality concert in my truck, alarm was also installed, everything works as it should and is extremely high quality. ***** and his team stayed WAYYYY past closing time to ensure my truck was done and done properly. Thank you guys very much, much respect to all of you. *****, youre a bad a** bro.

  This company had our can am for 8 months, they kept giving false deadlines and at the end told us they wont fix our car because we wrote a bad review, the car had to be taken to another shop, they cut wires and stole the amp and speakers, when we posted our issue with them, more than 10+ people came out saying they had the same issue, we will present a collective complaint, they should not be part of the Better Business Bureau. They dont even take the calls.
