    ***** ******* did an excellent job of repairing (restretching) all of the carpets in our home (they were not installed correctly to begin with and the installer is out of business). Highly professional. Showed us how he prepped the carpet and how the stretching was done. Arrived exactly when he said he would arrive. Moved all the heavy furniture and replaced it when the work was complete. Cleaned every area where the work was done, including vacuuming. Explained why the carpet had buckled when installed. Provides a life time waranty on his work.Highly recommend.

    ***** and **** did an amazing job stretching our existing carpet! They were very punctual, moved all the heavy furniture, and went on and beyond to fix it right! They also give you a lifetime warranty on their work! We would highly recommend them for your carpet repairs!

    You will never regret hiring this company. They show up on time, do the job right the first time - or make if right if somehow that doesn't happen - and go well above and beyond. Some companies say they are all about customer service - this company lives it.

    ***** and his team were exceptional! ***** responded to my inquiry within a very short amount of time and had come out to take measurements and give me an extremely affordable quote within days. His knowledge was extremely helpful in making the right decisions for our situation and the best part.. he didn't try to up sell or make an extra dollar. Not only does ***** have an above and beyond work ethic but he kept jumping through hoops for us. He's not impossible to get ahold of like other companies- it's quite the opposite really- he makes sure to communicate with his clients about everything to ensure there is no misunderstanding or disappointment. The work ***** did for us is exceptional and we can not recommend him enough!

    Prior to ***** replacing our carpet, he was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He made accommodations to meet with me and gave me various choices based on my color preference and budget. During our consultation, ***** displayed exceptional customer service and shared his extensive knowledge in carpet. Unfortunately, we experienced a delay in repairs to our home that caused a delay to the carpet installation. ***** was very understanding and flexible, which made the situation less stressful for us. From start to finish, ***** made a point to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. He was meticulous during the installation, cleanup, and overall business practice. He exceeded our expectations and he will be the person we go to for future carpet replacements and repairs.
