    We used Tracys Tucson Catering for a celebration of life event for a dear friend of 25 years. ***** asked that we do transaction under the table and no contract. After weeks we got a contract with nothing itemized and no signature. She dropped off her stuff a week before the event even though she was told not to and didnt pick up for 3 days after event. ***** showed up 45 mins before event. She didnt bring 6 of 8 pub tables, 15 benches, dispensers for margaritas &sangria, iced tea, lemonade or antipasto salad. We had no cold beverages or cups for our guests. She sent an employee back to get several items after our event started. No bartender. Requested chicken nuggets for the kids and got chicken tenders covered in seasoning.Food was not kept hot or cold, deviled eggs were warm and crunchy & hot food was barely warm. No one wore gloves to serve. Most of the food came from ****** and charged caterer prices for. When time for payment came she asked for cash.I took her into a separate room and explained that I would like an itemized list so I could deduct what was missing. At this point all she wanted to do was argue and minimize her mistakes. She yelled at ******* husband had to ask her to leave the house. As she was exiting she yelled at the widow about not getting paid in the middle of the grieving ***************** She showed up with her husband and harassed the widow at her home days after the event because she didnt like my ****** review. She called repeatedly after 8 pm, on weekends and drunk( she said so on the phone herself). Left foul mouthed messages on my phone. She verbally agreed to take $2000 less than the contract in front of a witness then sued the widow for the 2000$. Still awaiting judges decision. I do not recommend using her unless enjoy adding as much stress as possible to your event.
