    Hired Querbabi through Floor and Decor and it was a nightmare. The person who came to our house who wrote the estimate and materials list is not very good at his job. There were several items left off the list that my wife and I had to drive around town and purchase separately. Items like flooring glue and t moldings. But the kicker is that he ordered the wrong type of stair nose so the contractor was going to build up the risers that would have decreased my stairs tread to less than 10 inches when it was 11 1/2 inches. I asked the contractor to stop the work because I felt the stairs were unsafe. They blamed my wife and I for everything and left us with our stairs being unfinished. I will never do business with them again.

    We explained to you that we didn't ask you for those especific stair components, your shopping list does not specify to buy exactly the product your purchased. A 10 inch step thread is up to code.

    We are sorry that you have a problem with the product sold to you, it is the product we use the most for stairs and like we told you before, we only provide the installation, is up to the customer to pick the materials of their liking and that better fit their lifestyles.
