      I just got a call from this number. They claimed they were from *** and were going to help me with a repair issue. They couldnt provide any real answers and told me I needed to make a decision that could cost me $17,000, right then and there. She refused to explain fully what my choices were. Then made false claims about ***. Eventually she hung up on me. What in the h*** is going on over there?!

      *********************** at BARR Credit Services is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and incompetent individual I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. ****** is too emotionally unstable to be in the position he holds. He references policies that do not exist and gets absurdly upset when you request a copy of said policies for reference and making an informed decision. After his meltdowns, he will revoke any forward progress made towards an amicable resolution that was already well underway. ****** clearly has some form of an authoritative complex which is quite alarming given the influence he has over credit decisions and successful outcomes. I had to get the *** of BARR Credit Services involved with this situation to bring the matter to an amicable conclusion due to ******'s inability to handle himself in any semblance of a professional manner. My strongest advice: if *********************** is assigned to your dispute, immediately request that your matter is transferred to another employee at **** who is more competent and emotionally stable.
