    I contact Mr. ******** ******* in Dec. 2022 from a reference in our local "Next Door" site, and that he lived in my community. He said he owned Universal Door and Gate. I requested a quotation for installation of a door to my hobby room of our home. He came to the house, gave us an estimate and asked for $1240. in pre-payment for the cost of ordering the door. I placed it on my charge card (Visa). He said installation will take place right New Years. He didn't show, then he said the door was late in arriving, then he did not show several times last time was yesterday 3-15-23. He never returned calls or TX messages. My investigation revealed he has done this several times recently resulting in Police reports with individuals getting taken for almost $3000.His address is listed as **** *******, Marana, AZ and business at **** ** ********** **, Marana 85741. He apparently cruises social media looking for break-ins and damage and contacts homes via email claiming to be a finishing carpenter. His phone numbers are listed as ************ & ************. Marana police report # *********. He sent a text this afternoon claiming he fell off a ladder, before than, his phone broke, before than the 1" of snow in Tucson collapsed his shop roof, etc.

    8/4/22 telephoned ******** ******* (owner) to repair a driveway gate, he requested $2156.73 for parts to be Zelled to him. Did so, he promised install on 8/12/22 (cancelled); 8/19/22 (cancelled). Repeated calls and texts requesting another install were unanswered. 8/23/22 left him a message that I'd pick up the parts he ordered (no response). Telephone message again on 9/2/22 'to pick up my parts' and if no response from him I would initiate fraud reports, etc., (no response). 9/6/22 sent registered letters to his home and business address (both returned stamped as 'Return to Sender Attempted -- Not Known -- Unable to Forward. Filed Wells Fargo Zelle complaint #271923188. Next will be a police report, not yet filed. I received no supporting documents from him, attached is the Wells Fargo
