    I paid for a Onyx Thrive software and I wasn't provided the software that was purchased. I purchased on 12/3/2020 and I reached out to them on 8/12/2021. I attached documents where I reached out about the issue originally and when I purchased. I have reached out to RPImaging again and they will not provide a working software. I remember Dan telling me this was a dongless software and the first code he gave me worked and when I got the new code from Onyx after they received my old dongle the new code never worked. We never received any shipment from Onyx with a new dongle and nothing from RPImaging. I now found out I was supposed to receive a new dongle for the software to work and nobody can tell me where it was delivered too. I never received anything from Onyx or RPImaging on a new dongle. Onyx or RPImaging will not honor what was purchased but they sure got their money with no complaints.
