    I contacted a company that claimed to assist with Microsoft 365 issues. The person I spoke with Kevin K remotely logged into my computer with my permission of course. While looking around in my computer, Kevin started to restart my computer .. I asked why he was doing that and he stated twice “I would never forget him’. I did not know what he meant at the time but now I cannot open my laptop. I called back as he hung up the phone on me and the second person said he could fix what Kevin had done but or would cost me $299.00 dollars. I told him that I did not lock my computer and therefore I should not have to pay anything to fix what his coworker did. I am still unable to log i to my computer as there is a blurred screen that o my allows me to restart or log out. I have tried both and neither allow me access to my computer.

    This is to Inform you that the customer never received support from us as we provide our service once the customer subscribe for the product or our support plan.


    The customer may have made the complaint in error or it could be a fake complaint.

    We would request the customer to provide us with the Proof of Purchase or Proof of Service.
