I sent a payoff check for my vehicle and had a remaining balance for two months in total of 500 dollar's Now they added their own CPI insurance that wasn't part of the contract..Not good at all.

5 starsFantastic service, I compared rates from multiple banks and credit unions and TFCU offered the best rate by a whole 2 percentage points.
