    I just contacted ***** Monroe, the owner of Concrete ************************************************ Back in August of 2022, our courtyard and rear patio were refinished by this company. We have noticed many spots bubbling up by what appears to be a poor preparation before they applied the topcoat. I contacted ***** Monroe, having faith & believing he would stand behind his work but sadly he is not after only two years ago charging over $7k for the work.He is claiming that its a moisture problem. After this concrete being exposed to Arizona heat since the house was built 18 years ago I dont buy that. As a retired engineer, I believe that it was either an inadequate prep or the wrong choice of product used or both. We just purchased this home, but that in itself shouldn't negate ******* responsibility to stand by his company's workmanship of only 2 years ago. I find this extremely bad customer service. Now I will have to pay for another company to strip, prep correctly and re-do the work that ***** and company refuse to stand by their workmanship and do the right thing! Its a shame there isnt the opportunity to give a Zero Star review for customer service because unlike his replies to other low reviews, stating how they always want to make things right if they were informed & given an opportunity before the review. Well, with respect I did give him that opportunity and it made no difference!
