    On 6/6/23 I paid the UPS store to ship some wild game meat 2nd day air to Minnesota. The meat did not arrive until the 3rd day, the package was extensively damaged, there was no ice in the package and the meat was spoiled. I called Aaron, the owner of the store that had handled the transaction, and he advised that he would file a claim for the shipping of $245.92 plus the insurance of $100.00. At that time I emailed him pictures of the package and spoiled meat to support the claim. Two weeks later, not having heard anything and after numerous attempts to get him to return my calls, he called and said he was waiting to hear on the approval of the claim. Again after numerous phone calls he called on 7/15/23 and said my claim was approved and that a check had been mailed. As of today, 7/29/23, I have not received the check and have not been able to get Aaron to return my calls. I would like to be reimbursed for the shipping in the amount of $245.92 plus the insurance amount of $100.00.
