My Truck got vandalize on March 4th, 2024, when it was there for repair, I talked to the owner at that time was Mike
and he didn't want to involve his insurance, so we came to an agreement that he would pay me what was left over on the loan from the truck, which was $5000 dollars, he told us that he would have the money in about 3 weeks. Since this was much cheaper for him then to restore the truck.
Now with many of his stories about how he is hurting. He told me he would get a personal loan so that he could pay me the money, that hasn't happened. Now I get many different stories because they don't have the money to pay me. The last talked I had was with a new partner on 6/21/24 and he told me verbally that first he wanted me to contact my home insurance to see if they would pay for my truck??? then he said he would want to make payments of $400 hundred dollar until it was paid in full. which again I haven't heard anything back from him, so just another story.
Now we are into July... and still no word on what they are going to do with my truck, since they still have it on their lot. Please help, either they fix the truck up the way it was, or they pay me the money that they own me. thank you
