      In Aug 21, we had Sunshield come out to give us a quote for some Retractable Shades, and we gave them a 50% down payment of $15,400 in cash. In Nov '21, they came to do the install at which time we noticed some damage to 2 of the motor housings out of the 3 and confirmed with the installers of this damage, and the remote was not working properly. We were told that the damaged items would be replaced to include the remote. Apr '22, they came with 1 housing without the 2nd housing or the remote. Then they came again in May '22 with the remote still without the 2nd housing even though the office help specifically said that the 2nd housing was received and sitting in the warehouse. After approximately 15 text messages to Derrick and numerous unanswered phone calls, we have YET to receive the 2nd housing that is still damaged and cannot get this company to honor any warranty issues of any sort since they will not call us back. We love our shades however, after spending $15K, we would expect a little better service. Additionally, this housing replacement is clearly marked and indicated on the final warranty paperwork we received from them however, we cannot get them to respond. The shades still require an adjustment with the remote to stop the shades from going down too far causing the brushes to get smashed.

      All information and photos was passed on to the manufacture and the small imperfections on the housing would not be warrantied for the exception of one. We then gave the customer $1000 discount to compensate for them not being satisfied. 

       

      We have no problem addressing any other service issues. The bottom bar is designed to apply pressure to the felts squeezing it to keep a tight seal.  

       

      Attached are the photos of the imprecation the customer is speaking of. 

       

      Again, if customer has a service issue regarding shades, we have no problem and they can contact us at 520-975- 2707 for services.

      Approximately 1-1/2 years ago this company installed screening on my patio. Within 9 mos much of the screening began coming loose from the frame. I contacted the company and two installers came out, looked at the product and confirmed that it wasn't put in carefully - and that in order to repair the failed parts they would have to order more screen. That was approximately June 2022. I have since contacted them 3 times about coming out to complete the repairs to no avail and the screens are becoming worse. I checked the contractors website to find the owner and see that they no longer have a license and their bond is revoked. What does this mean for my repairs and how am I to get any satisfaction for this mess.

We do have other forms of contact if you where unable to reach us. As for our license we carry 2 licenses and both are in good standing and have always been.
