Class Passes
There are no refunds forclass passes. They may be transferred to another person with a written letteror email.
Physical Items (excludes snack items)
Physical Items can bereturned within 7 days of purchase. If there is a material defect, refund orexchange can be made. If there is no defect, then only exchange or store creditwill be given.
Snack Items
No returns or exchanges onsnack items.
Tournaments
There are no refunds on tournaments. If you need tomiss, we can apply your fee to a future tournament. Once, tournament pairingsare made, there is no credit given.
Camp/Kids Night Outs Refunds Policy
Camps/Kids Night Outs (one day and multiday)
Camp/ KidsNight Out fees are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, here areyour options:
Ifyou cancel at least 7 days ahead of time, you may get store credit equivalentto what you paid to register or you may transfer your registration to someoneelse who meets the camp criteria (age or other criteria).
Ifyou cancel with 3 to 7 days notice, you may get store credit equivalent to 50%of your paid registration or you may transfer your registration to someone elsewho meets the camp criteria (age or other criteria).
Ifyou cancel with less than 3 days notice, you may transfer your registration tosomeone else who meets the camp criteria (age or other criteria).
Inthe unforeseen event that we must cancel the camp, you will be offered a choiceof refund or moving you to another camp.- Business Categories
