    We were referred to ** of Blake Electric to replace the light in our pool (copy of work order/invoice attached). We provided the new light fixture (copy of receipt attached). The installation was done on 4/14/23. That evening we tried to turn on the light and it did not work. We called the next day (4/15/23) to advise the new light was not working and left a message. We called again on 4/17/23 regarding the light not working. On the 17th, our call was return to the effect that they would come the next day and check the light. The light was made operational on the 18th (4/18/23). On April 22nd we noticed rust appearing on the new light trim piece and also on the pool plaster. We texted a photo to ** on that day. As April 22, was a Saturday, we didn't necessarily expect a reply that day. We received no response and called on April 25th (Tues). ** stated he had not receive a text, that he had a large job on the other side of town and would call us the following week. We did not receive a call. We called again on May 5th. ** stated he would come today after 2 p.m. to look at the light. We waited at home all afternoon. He did not show, nor call. We have incurred staining (possibly permanent) to our pool trim piece and to our pool plaster. The problem is getting worse as time passes. The installation needs to be done properly with the staining cleaned. We have attached the receipt for the light, invoice and photos of the pool (before and after the work done by Blake Electric).
