    I am appalled by the substandard work provided by ****** and his team at Sunstate Power Solar Solutions. They installed the ** unit and main electrical panel in my home before I purchased it in 2023, and the experience has been a disaster from the start.The ** unit could not maintain proper temperature control, and shortly after moving in, a rainstorm revealed that their ductwork and sealing were so poorly executed that water poured into my living room. Despite immediately reporting these issues to ******, I was met with neglect and unfulfilled promises. ****** admitted, I have to come out and do the work because I cant pay my insurance for the employees, so they are back at the warehouse cleaning, and Im out here actually working. This lack of professionalism reflects the disorganization of his operation.When ****** attempted to address the problems, his fixes often worsened the situation. He left the ductwork unsealed, improperly placed, and riddled with puncture holes, causing severe inefficiencies. The ** unit itself was clogged with dirt and debris, preventing it from functioning as designed. Trevors inability to explain his work left me doubting his qualifications.On February 5, 2024, ****** claimed to have ordered replacement parts but never followed through. Despite numerous texts, voicemails, and emails, he completely stopped responding. I later discovered his contractors license was expired or canceled, raising questions about whether his work was even legal.Thankfully, after winning a Secret Santa raffle, a reputable company assessed the damage. They confirmed the ducting was installed in the wrong locations, unsealed, and punctured, and the ** unit was in a deplorable state.Trevors negligence and dishonesty caused over a year and a half of stress and financial strain. I strongly urge others to avoid Sunstate Power Solar Solutions. Their lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable, and better options exist.
