My grandmother passed away a couple months ago and my family and I needed professional help in clearing out her house. I contacted Integrity Estate Sales to set up an appointment. The time of the appointment came and went, the representative being a complete No-Show. No text, no phone call, no form of contact at all.I tried calling them several times to try and find out if something was wrong but kept getting sent straight to voice mail. A sharp contrast to my first call that got answered on the second ring.On top of completely wasting my time, this treatment was incredibly hurtful, blatantly discriminating, and extremely unprofessional. I can't even ask them 'why' because they ghosted a potential customer rather than say upfront that they did not want the business.

Mr ********************* came to my mothers home, after she had passed, and said he would send me a contract via email. He commented that the house was pretty "Dense" and said it might take a few weeks to inventory and price all of the items before a sale. I texted ***** a few days later asking about the contract and he replied that he was nervous we wouldn't be able to pack up the things for other family members and be ready for him to get to work. I assured him that I had enlisted help. I never got a contract. I called and was ghosted. He knew my number and never answered. I even left a message that I just needed to be told that he didn't want my business but he still did not respond. My daughter called ******* number and he answered immediately. He made an appointment with her. I was at my mother's house for about an hour before he was scheduled to arrive and was there for another 2 hours after he failed to come. There was no call, text or message of any kind that he was cancelling. It is my suspicion that he didn't want to do the sale, thinking that any higher priced items *** be claimed by family, but was too cowardly to say it aloud to me. I resent my time being wasted when he knew full well that I am on a tight time line to clear the house before the sale of the house. I have since read other reviews that *** be even worse than my own. He is no business man and has no honor or INTEGRITY in how he runs this sham.
