- Additional Info:On April 17, 2019, BBB confirmed with the general manager for Tin Roof St. Louis that the Taco Bar Crawl that had been rescheduled for April 20th in St. Louis will not be taking place at Tin Roof as advertised on Desert Sky Event Planning's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/events/167719117449882/). BBB furthermore has confirmed with a representative from SimpleTix, a ticket vendor for the event, is also no longer providing services to the company due to their lack of response. If you purchased tickets for the event and have not received a refund please make sure to contact your credit card company or financial institution. There is a pattern of complaints regarding Desert Sky Event Planning & Pro Artist Agency. BBB Serving Southern Arizona has compiled a complaint digest, summarizing the pattern of complaints which include; Refund or Exchange Issues, Service Issues and Delivery Issues.
