    On June 18th I visited the Oro Valley location and filled out a form to put my account on hold for 3 months. On July 20th I noticed that my card is still being charged. My card was charged $119.99 on June 20 and July 20 for a total of $239.98. When I reached out I was told that the Oro Valley location should not have said then can put my account on hold and I should have contacted the Grant St location. Neither location is willing to make this right for me with a refund.

    Hi Emily,

    Looks like you received your first full set of lash extensions and signed up for the membership at the Grant Road location before discovering another studio was closer and having services performed there.

    All Amazing Lash Studios are independently owned and operated thus not allowing access to one another's billing information. As per your signed agreement the steps necessary to cancel/suspend a membership are outlined. Any credits in your account as a result of this confusion will remain for 180 days.

    While I understand the stance of the business the bottom line is that the employees don’t even understand when and how they can interact with guests so I’m not sure how I am expected to. The second my hold was accepted by the Oro Valley location the responsibility shifted back to Amazing Lash Studio to make sure that hold was put in place. I don’t care if the credit comes from the Grant or Oro Valley location. The “right” thing to do is stand by your employees mistakes and do right by your customers regardless of the fine print. I expect a full refund of $239.98.
