      Honestly, downright rude and disrespectful. They didn't follow through with what they should have and then blamed us for it and made us feel like complete s*** for missing a few payments when we still made the payments. Today's world is rough, and no one needs anyone to make someone feel bad, and that's exactly what he and his team did. Not impressed at all.

      Nova home loans in ******* ****** they did not take My health And my age in Guiding me correctly, but they instead they financed my home with Me Five years in a row when I had a horrible concussion and I didn't know What I was doing .I was in my late 70s.I'm now seventy nine years old and I woke up this year to my concussion and I was shocked What I did with there Help, They act like they're helping you , but they're not giving you the proper Information of what you should do if you have a brain Injury You should not Not be We financing your house 4 5 years in a row. I just came out of the concussion this year.I'm 79 years old and I can't stop crying.I feel like i've been robbed. I told them every time I went Went into the *********** I still was not able to read all the paperwork and understand And that I still didn't feel good. I feel I was robbed and now I owe a whole lot on my house when I started in ninetein2019 I only owed nine thousand on my house . Now I owe A hundred and twenty eight thousand dollars on my house, Can you?Imagine waking up and finding out what you did and then these People Pretended to help you. I thought they were being kind to me and helping me, but they weren't. They were making money and they didn't care 1 bit about me. They knew I couldn't read the information. They would just say we'll sign here. It's okay. We'll take care of you. Yeah, they took care of me real well, h*** no.

      Worst company ever! My husband had heart surgery a year ago and we got behind by 2 month on our mortgage. We reached out to see if we could do a forbearance. They told us we were not far enough behind to get help and to just pay extra on our mortgage to get caught up. Flash forward to *** of this year. I went to make a payment and they locked my account and said the only way they would except any payments at this time was if we paid the past due amount plus out current amount. We couldnt come up with the money right then so they recommended we apply for help with their loss mitigation team. During this time we were not allowed to make any payments. We called them regularly for updates and was assured multiple times that everything would me fine. We filled out the paperwork exactly how they asked only using my information since its just me on the loan. Then we got a denial letter. I called back and asked why, they said I could no longer afford my home loan which made no sense, I now make more then I did when I got the loan. They said I could appeal and put in my wifes income which is what they told me NOT to do the first time. So I re did the packet. This whole time they still wouldnt let us make any payments putting us further behind. Now almost $10,000 They then called us and offered us a 6 month repayment plan of an additional $800 per month. We verbally accepted. Then we got a letter to verify that it would be a 12 month repayment plan. The company does not communicate with each other or with its clients. It put us in a horrible situation. If we would have been offered a repayment plan for the 2 months we were behind it ($3600) we would have been so much better off. I own being behind by the 2 months. But they forced us into the other 3. When I mentioned this, they tried to cover themselves by having an in house ins.rep call us and he even admitted our case fell through the cracks. And the plan should have been set up/offered at closing 3 years prior.

      Terrible loan officer. He was a bully, disrespectful, rude and racist and discriminatory and treated me as if I was stupid Im a woman with a Hispanic last name my husband is Caucasian white. Spoke to my husband differently than me this loan officer was very unprofessional nosey and was telling my husband lies regarding my spending. Its none of his business I dont recommend Nova Home Loans. This experience was just awful DONT EVER WANT TO PURCHASE A HOME. NOT WORTH BEING HUMILIATED
