    Fieldprint took my fingerprints for a BCI criminal background check on March 19, 2025 because I'm renewing my notary commission. It's May 9, 2025 and I have yet to receive the results. I've tried calling Fieldprint to follow up on where my results are and you NEVER get to a real person. No matter what option in the multiple levels of options you choose, the "customer service" (ha!) line hangs up on you. I've sent multiple emails - NO response. So basically they've made it impossible to reach them EVER. Now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and pay to have this done AGAIN.

    I had my fingerprints taken electronically at the Fieldprint location at The Mail and Business Center in Lake Havasu City on March 15, 2024. They were to be submitted to the AZ Department of Public Safety. The finger prints were never received. I have not received a response to two phone messages left at Fieldprint and to an online submittal. Dealing with Fieldprint is like gambling with six-finger poker player dealing five-card stud in the smoke-filed basement of a whorehouse on a pier in Portland. You're not gonna win. I'm filing a complaint with the AZ Attorney General's office as a follow-up to this stop.

    Hi, I would like a refund of $50 FIELDPRINT charged me. I did not need fingerprinting, I needed a new badge. I told them that and they billed me anyway. Thanks.
