After finding cracks in the west wall of my block home which appeared to be growing, I contacted Arizona Foundations Solutions. **** responded and completed a thorough inspection of my property. The west wall was the only repair required. He provided me with a comprehensive plan for the repair and a clear estimate of the work required with no pressure to commit. I called the following day to accept the proposal and the work was scheduled.After the appropriate permits were obtained, *****, ****' and **** arrived on 7/11/24 to start the work. ***** explained the scope of the work and the plan to accomplish each task. ****' and **** introduced themselves and invited me to ask questions in a very friendly manner. It was amazing to find professionals that didnt mind a home owner watching them and even looking over their shoulders while they answered questions. Every encounter was friendly and informative. The job was completed in just two days. I am not only very happy with the results because they were able to close up a few of the cracks without any promise to do so, but I think they left my property cleaner than they found it. From the office staff I spoke to on the phone and exchanged emails with, to the crew on my property, everyone was professional, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend this organization and the people that represent them. Thank you for a job well done.

TJ assessed our home today. He did a great job listening to our concerns, explaining his approach/why, and thoroughly answering our questions throughout the process. At the conclusion of his visit, he provided a breakdown with supporting data. He explained solution options along with his recommendations and walked us through the pricing. Very happy with his professionalism and diligence!Assessing the company, two factors led me to 4 stars rather than 5. As a customer, when we sat down after the assessment I would have preferred to see the solutions priced first, then had the option to learn more about the company via video later (dont leave me in suspense). Second, the today-only discount bothers me as a sales technique. I appreciate that ** understood we needed some time to consider our options and put no pressure on us to make a quick decision.Arizona Foundation Solutions, LLC

**** spent a generous amount of time at both of our homes and doing a full analysis of the foundation. I stayed with him and discussed findings while he was working. He gave other hints on things to improve on such as landscaping changes to prevent further damage. The level of detail on the final report was very eye opening and made sense of some of the interior damage we are beginning to see. Definitely would recommend.Arizona Foundation Solutions, LLC

My initial meeting with a representative of AZFS did not go well. It was like a bait and switch situation and ************ led me down a path that I did not appreciate. It took me several attempts to get someone at AZFS to find out what was going on. ******************************* were able to hear me out & we did get a meeting of the minds. **** replaced a couple of 8 x 8 foundation beams that were sitting directly on the ground and had been compromised by past termite damage. Smart jacks were used on these & smart jacks were used on a couple other 8 x 8 foundation beams that needed to be further away from the ground. They did have to remove 3 or 4 wheelbarrows of dirt from under the house to make that happen. I read through the contract & knew the house was going to get messy with dust as they had to open up the subfloor to gain access. Their replacement of the subfloor was superb. There are some wall cracks due to the smart jacks being installed. I understood that *** happen by reviewing their contract. Home was built approximately in ****. I did ask them to remove all scrap wood from under the house, as past wood scraps had lead to termite issues. Unfortunately when a pest inspector went to check ****'s work, they had left additional scrap wood under the house. **************, ************************ all introduced themselves when they arrived at the job site, which was extremely courteous. ************* did explain the process (they were here for 3 days) with each day's progression. They did have to work in a very confined work space. The work was scheduled for a later date, but a cancellation allowed AZFS to move us up on their schedule. Indeed that was great ********* appreciated ***** L being effcient to our request should a cancellation occur to let us know. I am in the real estate business and would recommend AZFS to someone with a foundation issue. But check & read your contract to make sure you are working with AZFS & not someone else.Arizona Foundation Solutions, LLC

I had an issue with water pooling at the base of my house when it rains. I had someone come do an assessment and they sold me on raising my driveway. 3 grand later it didn't work and they told me in the contract there's no guarantees it would work and that it's only an attempt to fix it. ** foundation solutions came out and leveled my garage floor and front door entry way with poly foam. The techs did a great job, they kept me informed every step of the way.
