5 stars***** did an exceptional job walking us through the findings of our inspection. He spoke clearly, was knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. The technology they use is really impressive and worth every bit of their estimate. I would contact this company again if I had foundation issues on another house. I recommend them ? it's clear they know what they're doing and warranty their work. He showed up on time, followed up appropriately and was very professional!

1 starCommunication from this company was horrible. AFS cancelled an appointment that was booked months in advance per their request, with only 2 days notice (we had similarly booked our time to be on property for the repairs). We had also paid all their 'deposits and engineering fees' which were required to be paid far in advance before the appointment was booked. They did not finish the job on the rescheduled appointment. We were told the plan had changed and different parts were needed to be ordered and that they would contact us when the new parts were in stock. Six months later and still no communication and they required full payment when they left the first time even though the job was not finished. After several calls I was able to finally reach ****** who apologized for the no call but did not have a reason for no communication or follow up. After the second onsite visit, I received a TEXT message saying they had to 'bow out to return rental equipment but that the job was finished' and the field manager never even called or went over the repairs before he left the job- just bolted. 4 starsThe group, led by ************************* included ***** and ***, was especially concerned about providing an excellent finish to a previously less than quality job to a concrete repair at the entry to my home. ****** explained the how the job would be completed. The previous concrete work was taken down, exposing the dirt and rebar with attention to providing accurate edges and elimination of jagged joints and generally unlevel concrete. The result was very satisfactory, completed quickly and cleanup was excellent. The only negative issue was the fact was the work to be done was necessary to cleanup a lousy job by employees of AFS who were sent to clean up the original concrete work done by AFS. We are satisfied with the work as completed. The overall four-star rating is based previous issues AFS and not the work of ****** and his crew.Arizona Foundation Solutions, LLC

5 stars************************ and ** were the crew who did the underpinning to stabilize the foundation of my home. They were very professional and completed the job in two days, a day earlier than projected. They answered all my questions, kept me updated as the work progressed and explained each step of the job. **** was my contact with the project and he was very professional and answered all my questions.
