    3/12/22 I purchased a couch for $1,176.33 with my debit card. I was told that it will be delivered within 2 weeks. Was never delivered. I tried calling to cancel/get a refund and thwy told me no. I went through my bank to get thw money back. I was temporarily refunded. *****, the manager then told my bank I am allowed a store credit and the money was debited again. I have tried for months to use my credit but no one will answer calls or messages. Spoke with Lloyd, the owner who says that the business is closed and bankrupt. I am just trying to figure out how to get my money back, since the credit is not an option for a closed business.

    I ordered 1376.11 on 5/4/22. They took the payment then. The furniture was to come in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I started calling. Everything same guy answered said he was sorry he just came back to work having covid and will call me back. Never calls back. I continue to call for 2 months now. Had a male coworker call same story we will call you tomorrow. I called Friday and was told same thing. I said no that's all you say. He then said oak there's a situation going on we don't have it. The owner can do store credit. I said absolutely not because of how unprofessional they were. He says we'll I don't know what the owner will do. So just call tomorrow
