  The technician has come now three times as this second remote I was wanting does not work to close the door. I should mention I needed a second on short notice or I would have bought one at hardware and programmed had I had the time. While they came promptly the tech ****** ******* first did not test it at all except standing in driveway. His second visit after it working was for me to stand in front of door out of car and while it was still problematic it did work once so within five minutes he was gone. I once again called elite garage and door as I have been without an operable new opener now for one week plus. ****** ******* returned to trouble shoot, had to call their tech and his final statement was that I could either have light sensor work and no opener or he could take bulbs out. As far as I know he didn't troubleshoot in any other ways as ****** suggests. He was gone in fifteen minutes. His statements about this when I said if it had been stated from outset is that I wouldn't have paid for the new remote and programming (it's a time and convenience factor I'd think to call them as opposed to doing myself) for it not to work for over a week. His response was that he would not take new remote nor could he refund and said company would not do this. I then called the office to just update that service was not rendered in manner that proposed a new or working solution. She 'retorted' ( yes nasty tone) 'well, we've been out there three times and can't refund.' I wouldn't recommend. ***** does the Followup calls and if he does call and address these problems then I will update this review. Very disappointed.

  Garage door install was efficient and problem free thanks to Chris, who was personable and helpful in moving items around. Door is smart looking and operation is noise free. Thanks Chris!
  Would purchase from Elite in the future and we opted for maintenance plan to protect investment.

  Paid required deposit over a month ago (close to 3k) still no confirmation of expected delivery or install. Called 4X in last 24 hours with no call back. Door is standard size - A1 Garage has in stock. Too bad we did not call them. Feeling ripped off.

  Appointment was set quick. Had the service man previously at that time he complained that his company was using companies like First American that they would make no money. And when he left after servicing the door, he goes well. They only made $40 on this one. The door wouldn’t open and shut so I had to make another appointment. The company responded quickly. I got the same service man come out and start complaining and then he said well let’s just not talk. He fix the problem and left. If my garage door has another problem in their contacted fix the problem. I hope they send a different service guide.

  **** came to our house after the garage door spring and the lift cables broke!He looked over the damage, took pictures of the damage then told us what the estimate was. We had a choice between AAA, Senior or military for a discount.He and his boss worked with us as we're on a fixed income for the final price that was in our range. He went to work and 20 minutes later he called me out to the garage to try it. It was great to have a working door again. **** cleaned up to where I wouldn't have known he had been there.I want to thank Elite Door and **** for a great job and getting to us in a very timely fashion! I highly recommend the Company and **** for great service.

  It came out estimated it I had insurance that was no problem. Im on insurance. Can I set up appointment with this coming Monday. The spot of what was wrong and Im satisfied that they will do a good job.

  We had a great experience. There was a rescheduling due to an emergency on the technicians part. When the rescheduled day came the technician showed up within the given time frame. We talked about the service that needed to be completed and he immediately began work. He was professional, courteous, and thorough - even checked the parts of the system he didnt install as part of an overall system check. We are highly satisfied and would recommend them!
