  Shopping in person is fine but I definable would not recommend the home delivery service. Used it 3 times and every time my card was charged an unexplainable charge. Contacted customer service each time and was told a refund request would be submitted. It's been months and still no refund. Have contacted them numerous times and get the same excuse every time.

  I went to ***** Pharmacy at 6321E. Greenway ********** ** *****. They are in ********* where everyone thinks they would provide the best service. Worst service EVER.The people were rude and nasty. I had an appointment for a vaccination. It took them over 30 minutes to prepare and the information when to come back for the next dose was wrong. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. They never gave me the correct information. I called my Frys pharmacy to verify. I called the ********* store back and they hung up on me twice. I would Never suggest anyone EVER go there. Even an Associate in the Pharmacy said they are a Disaster.Beware the make you wait 30 plus minutes and give the wrong information. Twice and I will never for there again. I gave them 1 Star because I had too. They are unprofessional, terrible customer service, rude and nasty I emailed the pharmacist twice letting him know my experience both times. If you want Accurate information and great customer service DO NOT GO to this **********************.

  PHARMACY? No it isnt. They take your prescription early in the month, do nothing to confirm they can fill it, wait 2-3 weeks, I go in to pick it up and they say tomorrow. By the time I get home, a text message saying they dont have any ( same meds every month) and that theyll order it but dont know when it will be in. Sometimes 2-3 more weeks before they say they can fill it. Now with 4-6 after the due date, you MIGHT get your monthly prescription. I guess they dont care if you die right?

  If I wanted to work at Fry's I would have put an application in?..obviously nobody works there, all the employees are just standing around while the checkout lines are way too long because you have to do it yourself I think if we check out ourselves and beg our own things we should get a discount. I wish I can have a job where I just get paid to stand around very unprofessional place every time I go there it's the same thing all the time and the wait for checkout is always annoying

  Self check out ONLY and its a total Joke. The machines are very finicky. More so than most other Grocery stores. I understand how to use them. I was a cashier myself. I was accused of not scanning a DOLLAR soda. The Clerk scanned my SODA and flung/threw it down. This large adult man didnt like it when I followed his Lead and scanned and Flung my next item. A small box. He began to Berate me. And thanked his Bro as he called him for chiming in to also Berate me. The Bro was a mid aged Customer. I left my cart of Groceries and WILL NEVER set foot in that store again. The people watching you at self checkout should be Ringing you up. The machine calls for assistance so many times its worthless. Horrible experience. Clerk called for the Manager. I didnt waste MY time to stick around. Its alllllllll on VIDEO so I would expect an apology but that store treats people like animals and Acts like them too.

  Customers being discriminated against in the self check out one particular with a cashier named **** 3 she's been known to be in a personal relationship with the manager there and therefore she's never reprimanded I've seen her food shame people with food stamps and I've seen her even be quite rude to people of a different race I'm not sure why this person is still employed there but something really needs to be done because being discriminated against when you're going in to buy groceries is not something that anybody should have to go through I hope that this can it's solved and that some investigation needs to be done into this store..

  The **************** at the ********************** lacks in a lot of areas. This pharmacy is located on ****** and ************************. I put in a refill for pen needles 2 days ago said it would be ready after 6pm. I gave extra day, went to pick up and the employee said I needed to contact my Dr., they had tried. I did not argue, but asked if I could buy them by cash as I was now out, and my Dr is closed on weekends. He left, came back and stated word for word...I cannot help you I stated that I needed them for my insulin, and he replied I still cannot help you I just found out that I can order through Amazon, will be delivered tonight. I am done with them, they stopped taking Good RX, which saves a lot of money for a lot of folks. They are consistently out of a lot meds, which were not on the shortage list. They use to be great, pandemic hit and they went downhill and have stayed there. Sure they wont miss one more Customer...how could he say I cannot help you, no options?????

  Digital coupons are a scam. The add says ********* 805 is $15.99 with card and $4.00 off with digital coupon. When it was rung up I was charged $17.99 less the $4.00. This being $2.00 more than the add. The cashier says that Id the way it is. Rip off.
