    A company that was great has gone down. To get some repair and extension of the gutters I had Aquavets do before, I contacted ****. When I first hired them to install our gutters, he was very customer orientated and responsive. Now, he speaks a good game but has (NO) follow-up. He is running the business from ****** and his crew is here. When I first contacted him, his employees had personal emergencies and illnesses. Very understandable and provided him with opportunity to get this in the rears before getting my work done. He had asked me to call him on two separate occasions, yet when I called, he was busy and said he would call me back. Never did. I reached out again, and his employees again had another emergency and illness. Okay, I was again understanding with life situations arising that are not controllable. He asked me to call him the following Monday. I did, he was busy, said hed call me right back, never did! Reached out the third time. Let him know I had been very patient and understanding about the situation but when he says hes going to call and doesnt, that is not good. I let him know that if he didnt want the job, he could just say so. He said he did want the job and he apologized for not getting back with me. His employees were back on the job, he suggested hed get back with me by the end of week. Suggested he get things settled and look at getting things done the following week. He said he verified with his employee, ****** and they would come out on Tuesday (5/28) and look over what needed to get done and then come back on Wednesday (5/29) and do the work. I verified the dates and he responded that he would call me, or I could call him on Monday. (Same line as before.) Informed him, he needed to call me, and I wasnt going to call him anymore. If they did not show up this time, I would be going to another company. He said they would. They never did! This process was a 56-week time frame.

    My story started really well, back in March/April of '22. I called and spoke with a gentlemen who seem very on top of everything. All though I was pulled from many directions. He came when he said he would, measured front & back of the house. Told me about the city refund going with them. ***** later the total crew came out along with the gentlemen I was talking with the whole time. Over a couple days the gutters were installed with the same color as the trim. Also they installed a 850 gal collection system with connecting the gutters together (very nice looking) The 2 items the missed were connecting the tank to a water spout through a brick wall. Also a spout from the patio to a dirt area with trees in it. That piece is also missing. Months went by and no called from them. When I called about the missing service...they were going to get on this right away. More time went by and nothing was done. I even went by the office (ste) and talked to his assistant. She was very nice and offered to take care of this for me. To say the least...the last time I talked to them was fall of "22. I gave them 3 due to the fact they installed 99% of the project...But like the other comments they did to them what they did to me...disappeared.
