    Purchase a flatiron that did not work as advertises at the *** hair show in *** back on March 3, 2024 I am a hairstylist /salon owner. customer service department is taken 3 months to do an exchange. **************** takes weeks to respond to a email. I was asked to pay ***** as a replacement fee when I paid ****** for the flat iron I was told it was because its over the 30day period which is not true I contacted customer service on April ****** and I did not receive a response back until April 17, 2024 it took that long for them to respond back. It is now July 7,2024. The last response I received from them was June 19 and I responded back that same day. This feels like Im being scammed.

In addition, its temperature adjustment capacity is very useful to adapt to different types of hair, I loved the seller's attention, they are willing to help you with anything you need, they are very professional, they always give you advice and the best thing is that they did not let me down. go without learning everything you can do with the iron. In short, this purchase has exceeded my expectations and I am delighted with the results I am getting. It has been an investment. Totally recommended for anyone looking for soft and stylish hair!

    I bought my hair tools at the shamrock marathon and i love them. I bought the air styler and comb tool. The air styler is a life saver when it comes to doing curls, it's really simple to use. The comb is really simple to use it gives you like a blow out straight look not to flat and a lot of body which i love. I'm happy with my purchase and so our my daughters.

    DNA hair tools are amazing. If you are looking for a heat brush this brand is incredible. Works with steam, my hair looks shine and healthy. U dont need to pass more than one time. Im so happy with it

    I was approached by a seller at The ****** last Saturday in ******** ****. She showed me the titanium infrared curler. It was great. She showed me how to use it and even I could do it. She said that I could have the gold club price ****** plus she said I was getting a hair package that was a 50 value. Awesome. She packed it all up and gave me the bag. When I got home, what I had was not what I bought. I have the Air Styler, not the infared titanium styler. It doesnt work very well at all compared to the other. Its like test driving a ******** and then you get stuck with a *********** I tried calling the number and its a recording with no ability to leave a msg. I paid a lot of money for this item and got completely screwed.

    Went to a hair show in ******** **** and was approached by DNA hair tool seller. It seemed like a great product. I bought the dna air styler. Got it home and its trash. Absolute garbage. The hair tool I bought was NOT the same as what they used to sell me the product

    The good reviews are obvious plants that work for the company, or bots (you never know these days). But I just bought this product, much in the same way that 1 star reviewers did. I came upon this site because the sales gal encouraged me to go on line to learn how to use the product. It didn't take long to see the * rating with BBB and it is concerning the the complaints go unanswered, or even better "Unable to locate business." Huge red flag.They demo an excellent product but sell you a lemon. Whenever someone tells you that you can't return a product it's a RED *LAG. When they try to sell you a product that seems too good to be true. It is because it is.

    Recently went to a Christmas family event at the ****************** where I was stopped by a DNA representative. She caught my attention by asking if I had ever tried the busy mommy comb. With the little to no time that I have to myself I was interested and let her demonstrate the tool on my hair as well as my 4-year-old daughters hair. The lady was very kind and extremely detailed in explaining how the tool works since I am not the best at styling hair. I was very specific that I needed something fast since I have two kids under 5 that need a lot of my attention. I was sold when she explained that the tool doesn't get hot like anything else, and I could quickly style my hair in under 10 minutes daily. Although I was sold on the product, I was still hesitant because as mentioned I am not the savviest when it comes to hair. She continued to guide me step by step until I felt comfortable and knew what proper steps to take to be able to style my hair quickly and efficiently. As a busy mom I don't take the time to do things like this, but I was so pleased with the service that I am extending my time to compensate for the hard work and big effort the young lady put into me and my hair. She truly made an impact in my life, and I am extremely thankful I was open minded enough to sit in her chair. Thanks again DNA this tool is a game changer!!
