    Bluespan has worked great for our area most of the time. When they do have an outage it does not last long as they jump on repairing it quickly. Customer service and techs are friendly and responsive.

    Unprofessional company. Fraud and poor service. Went without out service for months on end. Company decided to switch towers without telling customers that the new tower is 16 miles away and they won't have a strong enough connection for service. However that didn't stop them from continuing to charge me and other customers for services that weren't there. This disrupted my schooling and many other business needs I have online. They refused to refund me and could care less about my internet service.

    Weather related outage resulting in a couple of hours of reduced service. Customer demanded several months of service credit which was denied. Not reasonable - this is an example of customer bullying. We are dedicated to good customer service but will not be taken advantage of.

    I signed up for internet with this Bluespan on 12/13/2022 for high speed internet. The installer came and installed three routers in various areas of the house on 12/15/2022 (two routers never worked, but we were ok with that as long as the office router worked). The installer went up on the roof of the house and installed a satellite drilling onto the brick surface and didnt bother to apply any sealer or caulking to prevent moisture damage. The installed advised that the routers that he was leaving were likely outdated, but may work and if they didnt work that we could call customer service and new versions would be provided at no cost.We immediately starting having problems with the internet reliability and have spent countless hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot the internet to no avail. On 1/11/2023 we had a meeting with an intstaller to come to the house to troubleshoot in person to see what was going on and we waited until 6:00pm and then we got a call from the the installer advising he wasnt going to be able to make it. We have had a total of three in person attempts from installers to get our internet working and they have had no success.We are nearing three months of service with this company and they have failed to deliver what we have paid for. We have had to rent office spaces locally to be able to work through this inconsistent service. The telephone customer service representatives are quick to get you off the phone and are not helpful (though I think its beyond their control that the service is non-existent). In addition, they have charged us $900.00 for cancelling service and just today they charged us another $1,400.00 today in addition for faulty equipment. At this point we have escalated this complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General. This experience has caused so much frustration and anger and Bluespan seems to be completely oblivious or unwilling to show any type of empathy.

    I am writing to complain about BlueSpan Wireless, LLC as well as the conduct of the *** *********************. My wife and I are in our 70s and are retired. Two years ago, we reluctantly signed a three year contract for internet services with BlueSpan because there were limited to no options in our area. We have received subpar internet service that has been slow most of the time. Over the past two years, I have reached out numerous times to tech support to have the internet speeds and reliability improved, all to no avail. They charge $105 a month and insist on a customer signing a fully one sided contract in their favor. The maximum speed you're allowed for this rate 15 Mbs down and 2 Mbs up.As a result of inadequate internet service, I recently wrote to the *** 3 times to mutually agree to change the term of my contract (as permitted by a provision in the contract) to end the contract a year early. Rather than respond, my internet was cut off and my account was charged nearly $1200 for a year of internet service I will not receive. When I spoke with a manager, ****, about why my internet was cut off without my express consent and why an unauthorized charge was made to my account, she told me the internet was cut off and the charge was authorized by BlueSpans ***, *********************, so there was nothing she could do. BlueSpan conveys to customers on its website that if you dont love itor if the quality doesnt live up to our guarantees, you can cancel at any time. This is not true and has not been my experience. The internet service is inadequate and if you try to end the relationship with them on equitable terms, they will charge you for services you will not receive. This conduct is clearly endorsed by the head of the company as he cut off my internet and ordered the unauthorized charge to my account. This financial penalty for canceling is unscrupulous and unfair and reflects terrible customer service. Consumers beware of **********************!

    We had Bluespan **************** for 2 1/2 years, We paid for a supposed guaranteed minimum 15 mbs download 2 mbs upload. The problem is the service was clearly over subscribed as speeds would tank every day from 6pm - 10pm, sometimes being less than 1 mbs. There were other times when we had occasional, as opposed to regular, loss of service, and slow speeds. Only a few times did they give us warning about **** things. We called in a number of times and asked them to resolve the problems. They would make excuses saying that it must be on our side of the service, so we bought not one but two different routers, good ones, a Linksys triband AC ****, and then later a TP-Link Deco X20, neither resolved the issues. The service still routinely was subpar. After a while I gave up on calling them, that was just the first year. Finally I signed up for another service hoping that we would get speeds that are better and more consistent service. The new service is nearly the same price yet has much greater speeds, and is month to month with no early termination. We tried the new service for a month and then decided to cancel our Bluespan. I called hem and the call went to voice mail, so I left a message saying I wanted to cancel our service. I got a call back the next day, the young man said that he couldnt cancel my service unless I sent it in writing and gave my name, phone number, address and the reason why we were cancelling the service. I sent the email as soon as I got off the phone and told them that poor service was the reason for the cancellation. The day they took the dish down we were charged nearly $700 on our credit card for early termination. I was aghast! We were not informed during my contacts with Bluespan that we would be charged for early termination. I am severely unhappy and want my money yet back!
