      In Fall of 2022, we had a design consultation with company to landscape and design front and back yard. We expressed three things we wanted 1. Concrete driveway; 2. Block wall; 3. Rock and turf and provided a budget. The company stated they could likely do all of that for below budget. We paid $1k to the company for designs and two edits. The company took several weeks between each design and even longer to actually provide budget. Once they did, it was almost 10k over and they stated did not include two of the three items we discussed at consultation. They then stated they do not provide concrete or block walls at all. We asked why they would not have mentioned this to us up front and that they were misleading about what they could offer as well as the budget. We expressed issue with this and requested our original payment or portion back as they basically lied about the service they would provide and they refused. Company has provided no service recovery and essentially charged us $1k to provide us with plans that they never intended to actually follow through on and did not include what we discussed we wanted.
