    HORRIBLE. They butchered my pomegranate tree. It looks hideous. I spent months taking care of it ant ir was beautiful with lots of beautiful fruit growing on it. Im sick about this.

    We have worked for this customer for at least a decade. They have been very happy the entire time as we go over there on a monthly basis. The daughter who at least appears quite mentally ill is the one who wrote this review. The tree in question is literally a ball about 4 ft tall and we have trimmed it the same way for years. Out of the blue they feel that we butchered the tree and yet it looks like it always did. We have hundreds of other customers who are quite happy with our work otherwise we would not be in business and doing as well as we are. We pride ourselves on honesty and good clean work. She used profanity and several accusations that just didn't make much sense and I am personally sad that it ended this way but I am also glad to move on. All my worker did was take a hand shear and cut six or seven spindly volunteer suckers and she came completely unglued screaming yelling threatening. After calling me names I told her that our conversation was over and if she waited a little while all of that growth would come back very quickly. I have hundreds of references that are very good and one that is not. I think that should say something
