  I contacted fhis business and two others for an estimate for landscape maintenance. The owner, ***** came out and walked the property briefly one day when in the area and again another day with me. The property lines are staked and defined. He gave me a written estimate to pull/remove buffle grass out of the natural areas of our property and to weed eat and rake and blow the other weeds and remove the debris so it would be ready to spray the following week. He was eager to do the work and stated how great their work would be compared to any other estimates. He stated he could begin within a week and requested I pay in cash. I decided to use them because they were not the cheapest but could do it the soonest. I was scheduled to go out of town the weekend they wanted to start but was able to cancel and change plans. The owner and two workers showed up about 9:45 and within an hour texted me from outside. He said they would not finish in a day and requested I pay them almost half of estimate *** at the end of the day. I didnt have a problem with that depending on how much was done...I showed him the estimate he had given was for a 3 day job. He then sends me a text while working stating they would not be able to complete the work in a day. He was unable to remove all the weeds by hand in a day. I stated he was to pull only the buffel grass and weed eat the rest and rake and blow the area per his estimate. He confirmed again they were just hand pulling/digging the buffel grass. I responded yes and he responded "ok:. The estimate stated the same. This was weird in that we walked the property together b4 he ever gave me a written estimate. I ran out for 45 min and upon returning they gone. They did not return or respond to my calls or texts & left me in a major bind. Stay away from this business. Owner seemed very shady the day they started working. I've never experienced anything like this. Horrible company -Very shady DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL JOB IS COMPLETE. SCAM

  Hi ***** thanks you for doing this review, first time I went there for estimate you said buffel grass only and it was other grass too I think Bermuda and weeds, again you said you only need to remove the buffel grass because you was going to **** rest of all weeds then after we start working you came out and added all the weeds removed with weedeater and also a small overgrown mesquite tree with a lot of mistletoes I clean acres before and never had a complaint but I dont like to work more for the same price. this buffel grass supposed to be removed by 2 days max * days but with what you added it was going to take a week. Also I never negotiated with your community only talked with you and you said you were the president of HOA that you had more work for us but to give a good price, and I did. you said a guy with bobcat was charging more for your land and is more easy and faster and he was going to do it in two days.I preferred to leave and pay from my packet to my helpers and stay in peace instead of overthinking if I could get paid or not, I resquested a payment by the end of day of work not to get pay when we start in the morning also
