    I placed an order from the website for three "Personalized Check Practice Green Flags", but they did not come personalized. I emailed customer service and was told that what I ordered had multiple requirements in order to be fulfilled. In going back and forth with the company, I feel as though they have a fraudulent website that is unclear and displays incorrect information. My hope is that no customer in the future is made to feel as though they have been mislead and ultimately defrauded.

    Personalized Checkered Practice Green Flags are commonly ordered with or without logos. Customers such as local printing shops purchase the flags and apply the logos for special events or tournaments. We apologize for the confusion or inconvenience this caused and were in no way trying to create a "fraudulent" transaction. We would be happy to custom print flags for the customer in the future. I see from the order history the customer was fully credited for the product and shipping costs. If there is anything more we can do, please let me know. -***** ****** VP/CFO
