Not really knowing what to expect for a wait time, I decided to bring a book, it helps when there are long lineups, but there was one other man in there, They took care of him and me next. **** was very sweet and helpful, we had a couple ************ about how fingerprinting has come a long way for clearances. It was nice, she was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend her, even if you have to drive a bit to get to her, well worth the drive. I was in/out before I knew it.Arizona Livescan, LLC
