    2/17/2024 I am reaching out to Grease Monkey Corporate in hopes of finding a solution to this unfortunate situation. I am personally bearing the financial burden due to your team's inability to fulfil their responsibilities. The level of customer service provided was highly dissatisfactory, and both the manager and staff displayed a lack of empathy and accountability. Furthermore, the wait time exceeded four hours, which is unacceptably long. The overall professionalism and quality of service were subpar. I require immediate contact from someone to address this issue regarding negligence in their duties, repair costs, and loss of income.

    June 15, 2022 at 8:22 AM I visited grease monkey for an Oil change. *** was the name of the employee that serviced my vehicle. I paid $103.64 for a full service synthetic oil change. June 27th my car began smoking, I took my Nissan Altima 2015 to the Nissan dealership. It was reported to me that I did not have any oil in my vehicle. I immediately called Grease Monkey's corporate office to complain, I was asked not to have my vehicle repaired until the business owner has a chance to address the issue. I have yet to hear back from the Owner. My vehicle suffered engine damage, and now I need to replace my engine after driving 13 days without any oil in my car. Not only would I like a refund for the oil change that I paid for, I want grease monkey to replace my engine.
