    On 9/9/2024 I mailed off a package with 10 newborn and family photos using this facility. On 9/14/2024 the package stated that it had left the facility and was on the way to Goodyear, AZ. I called the store and they placed a tracer to try and find my package. On 9/16/2024 I placed a claim. On 9/20/2024 I had heard no.updates pertaining to my package so asked UPS to reimburse me $127 for the lost package and they can stop searching for it. I tried signing on to the claims website and it stated it was having technical issues. I have not received an email from UPS since 9/18/2024.

    Hello,

    It appears that this complaint has been lodged against the wrong The UPS Store.  I have attached the shipping details which reflect that this shipment originated from The UPS Store 3216 located at 8340 N Thornydale Rd, Ste 110, Tucson, AZ 85741 and not The UPS Store 3350 located at 7850 N Silverbell Rd, Ste 114, Tucson, AZ 85743.  The UPS Store 3216 is franchise under different ownership, and we have no control over their shipments.  Any shipments originating from their store is under their shipper number with UPS.  Their email address is [email protected]
