    While looking for the oil filter, I crawled under the SXS and noticed there was no skid plates. Previous service of overheating was done at Cycle ski over a year ago. I trusted their work and competence and never thought to look under the SXS. Not only is there no skid plates but the shifting is different. There is a lot of slop rocking in park. This unit low miles and they ore the only ones that have worked on it. All I have done it is add a horn and a few accessory lights. All I’m asking for is my original skid plates or an OEM replacement

    Good morning , 

    We reached out to the technician whom btw no longer works here and he told us where to take a look and low and behold we found the skid plate ,but not the mounting hardware so we are ordering the hardware (bolts and washers) My apologies for this , we would like to offer the customer a oil change kit at no charge and set up a appointment to re install the skid plate when the hardware comes in, should be a week or so. Sorry for any inconvienance this may have caused you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23057195, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
       
    Hello. I wanted to let the business know that there is a mounting crossmember in the front held loosely in place by two screws.
