    WARNING: Tucson Moving Services provided us a quote of $425.00 to unload our moving truck, no other fees were mentioned. We agreed on the $425.00 and scheduled the date to unload the moving truck, they missed the date scheduled and requested to be there the next day. Once they showed up the lead mover tells us that there are additional charges for travel time, fuel charges, vehicle maintenance fee and the cost now is $990.00, and this must be paid upfront before they start. We would have never agreed to that amount for these outrageous additional fees and scheduled this company to do anything for us. This appears to be Tucson Moving Service business model.

    I called for a quote and was told we have special for $75 an hour and based on the items I had it would take 3-4 hours for the move and we also charge for the fuel, which I agreed to the fee, they also told me that I need to pay a $150 deposit which I agreed. When moving truck came to my house, the driver tells me that itll take at least 6 hours for the move, plus the $75 an hour is per worker (which I was not told over the phone), on top of that they charge me $300 travel time PLUS $300 for rapping materials PLUS %16 of the total cost which came to $384 which I was not told any of these over the phone. They did not return my deposit. This business is fraud.
