    We have ordered fiddling strings for my husbands violin for about 5 years now. Great selection of strings that are otherwise very difficult to find so he can achieve a great bluegrass sound. What is even better though is their customer service, recently we ordered a small bow and some violin repair parts and our terrible local post office advised it had been delivered but we never received it. We know the box oils have been too long to fit in our box so there was no way it was stolen, just never delivered. The post office was zero help, told ** we could only contact the seller even after we waited a few weeks for it to magically show up, since our local PO has a long and storied history of not delivering mail or pkgs. As soon as we called SW Strings customer service, they immediately mailed out all our ordered products, no questions asked, citing they were very familiar with **** delivery problems. 10 stars for customer service. Thank you for your customer service and continued vast product offerings!
